- Return and exchange period: 25 calendar days from the shipping date.
- Restocking fee: returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except exchanges for a like item.
- Approval required: obtain an RMA number through your online account before sending a return. Approved returns must reach us within 10 business days after the RMA is issued.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
- Used parts, including Open Box products listed as used.
- Special-order and clearance parts.
- Electrical parts.
- Opened tuners, including Power Vision, FP4, PCV, PV3 and Fuelpak units. No exceptions.
Return condition and packaging
Eligible merchandise must be in its original manufacturer's packaging, in the same condition as sold, with all supplied contents, literature, instructions and documentation. Tags must remain attached. Worn or used items, or items without attached tags, will be refused.
Use a protective shipping box and adequate packing material. You are responsible for safely packing your return. Items damaged because they were not packed properly remain your responsibility, and you may be charged to have them sent back to you. Please remove all personal items before returning merchandise.
How to return an eligible item
- Request an RMA in your online account.
- Clearly write the approved RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Packages without a valid RMA will be refused.
- Send the package to the address we provide with the RMA#
You pay return shipping unless the return or exchange is due to our error. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return or exchange is due to our error. COD returns and exchanges will be refused.
Apparel and helmet size exchanges
Exchanges must be for the identical item in a different size. A $15 flat-rate shipping charge applies when we send the replacement size back to you. This applies to boots, gloves, jackets, helmets and suits. You are responsible for shipping the original item back.
Shipping, cancellations and warranty
Items valued over $100 ship with signature required. Orders ship only to the billing address unless you email us first and receive approval for another address.
Orders cancelled more than 60 days after the order date receive store credit. Biohazard Cycles reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund.
Manufacturer warranties apply to defective merchandise; Biohazard Cycles does not provide the manufacturer's warranty itself. Defective-item returns require manufacturer approval. We are not responsible for damage caused in shipping. New merchandise ships in the manufacturer's original packaging; separate used-condition Open Box listings are identified on their product pages.
Orders outside the contiguous 48 states
For orders outside the contiguous 48 states, we accept PayPal or bank transfer. Email us before ordering to discuss shipping and payment arrangements.
For international orders, shipping charges for defective or damaged items, returns and replacements are the customer's responsibility. Replacement shipping is not free.
